This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
We at Indie Riot are firm believer in the independent music movement. WE are the ones that initially stopped calling it a scene, and decided to change our vocabulary, we are honored that others have followed suit. Our means are limited, since we are the brainchild of a just a fan that for many years had dedicated herself to documenting the shows, and working with the band Comuna de Santos. That fan is me. I realized the talent that there is on this Island, on all genres (even those that are not my cup of tea), and decided to do whatever is in my means to shed some light on our Independent Bands.
Little more than a year ago, Indie Riot was born. A lil' more of that later. This is not about Indie Riot is about the Jam that I witnessed at El Cabare. It was amazing to see the commadery between bands. They knew each others songs, and got to see how many of the really can play more than one instrument. Self taught musicians with a real, honest passion for what they do. No arrogance, no looking down, just really having a good time. That is something that I hadn't seen in a long time and we were honored to witness it.
